Free Ground Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship same day, orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship next day.  Special order items: Epoxy 325, Urethane 645, Polyaspartic 745 and Vapor-Tek 440 require extra processing and handling time. The standard delivery method used is FedEx Ground. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the standard delivery method for that item and the location of your shipping address. Shipments usually arrive within 1-7 business days. If you would like to expedite your order contact customer service at 855-573-8383. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking number from the approved carrier. 

Ghostshield will not responsible for taxes, duties and fees when shipping to Canada; Customers are responsible for these charges. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping fee. We also do not accept orders that need to be delivered to a PO Box; a residential street address is required. All prices are in USD.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship same day, orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday. FedEx Overnight orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Friday will be delivered Monday. FedEx Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. FedEx 2 Day orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Wednesday will be delivered Monday. FedEx 2 Day orders placed on Thursday before 12:00PM EST will be delivered Monday. FedEx 2 Day orders placed on Thursday after 12:00PM EST will be delivered Tuesday. FedEx 2 Day orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Friday will be delivered Tuesday. FedEx 2 Day orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Friday will be delivered Wednesday. FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day orders are not delivered on weekends.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships out, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking number from the approved carrier. We also do not accept orders that need to be delivered to a PO Box; a residential street address is required.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied or the product is damaged when received, we will replace the product or provide a full refund minus the original shipping cost or exchange, provided the product is returned within 30 days from the receipt of the product. The product must be returned unopened in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 25% restocking fee per order. A full refund minus the 25% restocking fee and minus any shipping charges will be issued to original payment method. Kretetek Industries does not refund return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale merchandise includes but is not limited to: sale items / contractor discounted items. Durable coatings: Flake Color 3630, Metallic Color 3620, Solid Color 3610, Epoxy 325, Urethane 645, Urethane 645 CA, Polyaspartic 745, Vapor-Tek 440 and Wear-Tek 4400, Strong-Flex 702, Strong-Flex 7000, Strong-Flex 7001are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

In order to return or exchange a product:

1. Contact Ghostshield by telephone 855-573-8383 or email at support@ghostshield.com to prepare the warehouse for the shipment. 

2. Package the product with all original shipping materials and products included. Please reference the original order number, and your name and address with the return shipment.

3. Ship the product(s) back to the address provided by Ghostshield through FedEx or UPS. Returns sent USPS (US Mail) will not be accepted.

Ghostshield is not responsible for any lost, damaged or broken products during return shipment. Please keep your tracking number on hand for reference. Once your return is received and inspected by Ghostshield, usually within 5 business days of receipt, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges to customers are non-refundable.
