THICK SIL 90 is a fumed silica-based thickening additive designed to modify 100% solids epoxy systems into a high-viscosity, moldable repair material. When mixed into epoxy, THICK SIL 90 creates a consistency suitable for shaping and application with a putty knife, making it ideal for filling joints, cracks, and minor concrete repairs.

The resulting material can be sanded to a smooth finish after full cure and can be covered with an epoxy coating after approximately 20–30 minutes.
